Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and penetrate new enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through high-level prospecting and relationship management.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including contract negotiation and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align messaging with customer needs and market trends.
- Exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets through disciplined pipeline management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within prospect organizations to uncover and solve pain points.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity data within Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically focused on enterprise-level clients.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Challenger Sales methodology or similar consultative frameworks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
