Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex enterprise contracts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key prospects within the target market.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to conduct technical demonstrations and ROI-driven presentations.
- Manage executive-level stakeholders to secure multi-year SaaS commitments.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce and provide accurate quarterly revenue forecasting.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring optimal value realization for both the client and NexusFlow.
- Represent the company at industry-leading conferences and executive roundtables.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed annual quotas of $2M+.
- Deep expertise in managing long-cycle complex sales processes (6+ months).
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings and events.
