Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the enterprise sector.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools to forecast revenue accurately.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate high-quality leads and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Software as a Service (SaaS) or Technology industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-level executives.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
