Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate large enterprise accounts within your designated territory.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demos, proof of concepts, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal Solution Architects and Product teams to craft customized solutions that address client pain points.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities to ensure consistent quota attainment.
- Conduct high-level presentations and executive briefings with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately using Salesforce.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Deep expertise in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Consistent history of President's Club or equivalent sales achievement awards.
