  • Design and optimize high-efficiency power distribution networks (PDN) and precision analog signal conditioning circuits.
  • Conduct rigorous signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations using industry-standard modeling tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical and Firmware Engineering, to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and hardware debugging for complex system-level failures.
  • Mentor junior engineering staff and establish best-practice guidelines for hardware design and documentation.
  • Oversee EMI/EMC compliance testing and implement effective mitigation strategies for global regulatory certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or a closely related technical field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in high-speed digital and analog hardware design.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA software suites.
  • Proven track record of taking complex electronic products from prototype through high-volume manufacturing.
  • Deep expertise in power electronics, including DC-DC converter topologies and thermal management.
  • Hands-on experience with high-end lab instrumentation, including 10GHz+ oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
