Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex PCB assemblies and high-speed digital circuits.
- Architect power distribution systems for large-scale industrial hardware deployments.
- Conduct rigorous signal integrity and power integrity simulations to ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams to optimize system-level integration.
- Oversee prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation testing in controlled lab environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight during critical design reviews.
- Manage relationships with PCB fabrication and assembly partners to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and power electronics.
- Expert proficiency with Altium Designer, Allegro, or similar ECAD tools.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept through high-volume manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of EMI/EMC mitigation techniques and regulatory compliance (UL, CE, FCC).
- Experience with FPGA, MCU, and SoC integration within complex embedded systems.
