Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of high-voltage power systems and circuit schematics using industry-standard software.
- Oversee the PCB layout process, ensuring manufacturability and signal integrity for complex boards.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate new designs under various load conditions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to NEC, IEEE, and ISO safety compliance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical engineers and firmware developers to integrate systems seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Power Systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design or embedded systems.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Deep understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) standards.
- Experience with renewable energy grid integration and power conversion topologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex circuit failures.
