As a key member of our engineering squad, you will play a pivotal role in the full lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to mass production.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, schematics, and circuit boards.
- Prototyping & Testing: Design prototypes, conduct rigorous testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure product reliability.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local and international safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns within the team.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs, test reports, and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software and mechanical engineering teams to integrate hardware with embedded software.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design and PCB development.
- Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools (AutoCAD, Eagle, Altium Designer, or OrCAD).
- Embedded Systems: Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers (ARM, AVR), and firmware interfaces.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to stakeholders.
