What You'll Do
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and validation of complex electronic systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of high-voltage power electronics and embedded systems.
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro, adhering to IPC standards.
- Conduct rigorous testing, simulation (MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice), and validation of prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on circuit topology and component selection.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations (UL, IEC, CE) and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in power electronics, motor drives, or embedded systems.
- Strong proficiency in circuit analysis, control theory, and signal processing.
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Proven track record of managing projects from concept through to mass production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
