If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about designing high-performance power systems, we want to meet you.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical electrical engineering and tangible, scalable hardware products. You will be responsible for leading the architecture of our proprietary power management systems, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards, and mentoring junior engineers.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Flexible remote and hybrid work options.
  • Continuous learning and development budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and testing of high-voltage power electronics and DC/DC converters.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, Cadence, MATLAB/Simulink) to create schematic captures and PCB layouts.
  • Conduct rigorous thermal and electrical analysis to ensure product reliability under varying environmental conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineers, firmware developers) to integrate electrical systems into complete product assemblies.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety standards (UL, IEC, IEEE) and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive root cause analysis for hardware failures and implement robust engineering solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex circuit design challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) required; PhD preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power electronics, circuit design, or embedded systems hardware.
  • Proven experience with analog and digital circuit design, including microcontrollers and power management ICs.
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools (SPICE, PSpice) and PCB design software.
  • Strong understanding of EMC/EMI standards and signal integrity principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
