Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex electrical circuits and power systems.
- Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Perform comprehensive circuit analysis, simulation, and validation testing to ensure product reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during prototyping and mass production.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
- Ensure all designs comply with strict industry standards (IEC, IEEE, UL) and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design or embedded systems engineering.
- Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB design, and circuit simulation software.
- Strong working knowledge of microcontrollers, analog/digital circuits, and power electronics.
- Experience with project management methodologies and Agile development.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
