Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical circuits and systems, including analog and digital components.
- Lead the schematic capture and PCB layout design using industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
- Conduct thorough electrical analysis and simulations to validate system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the design and debugging phases.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with industry standards (UL, CE, RoHS).
- Document all designs, schematics, and test procedures in compliance with engineering documentation standards.
- Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prototyping, and field testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the consumer electronics or industrial automation sectors.
- Proven expertise in circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in PCB design software and familiarity with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, Arduino) and sensors.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMC/EMI compliance, and thermal management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
