Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and analysis of complex power distribution and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable storage solutions into existing electrical frameworks.
- Perform advanced load flow, short-circuit, and protective relay coordination studies.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and local utility regulations across all project phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous peer reviews of technical documentation and schematics.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee on-site equipment commissioning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power systems, industrial controls, or renewable integration.
- Advanced proficiency with electrical modeling software such as ETAP, SKM, or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of battery storage systems and microgrid architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
