Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-voltage power systems and circuit architectures.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies, simulations, and testing to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and manufacturing) to integrate electrical components seamlessly.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to relevant safety standards such as NFPA, IEC, and IEEE.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs for production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics, circuit design, or electrical systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSpice, LTspice, or Ansys).
- Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety regulations.
- Experience with PCB design and embedded systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
