Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical power distribution systems.
- Conduct load analysis, short-circuit studies, and arc-flash assessments using ETAP or SKM.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from conceptual design through to final commissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy sources into existing utility grids.
- Ensure all designs comply with NEC, IEEE, and local building codes.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.
- Optimize system efficiency through advanced power electronics and control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in power systems engineering, preferably within renewables or industrial sectors.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and power systems modeling software (ETAP/SKM).
- Strong understanding of high-voltage transmission and distribution systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
