Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex power distribution systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Conduct load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies using ETAP or SKM software.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams during the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design to commissioning.
- Collaborate with local utility providers to ensure seamless grid interconnection and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure high-quality design standards.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, project budgets, and procurement schedules.
- Troubleshoot field installation issues and provide rapid, innovative engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in power systems design or industrial electrical engineering.
- Deep proficiency in National Electrical Code (NEC), IEEE, and ANSI standards.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex, multi-variable engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and client relationships.
