As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead complex design projects from concept through to manufacturing, working alongside world-class innovators to solve the most pressing challenges in energy management.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and prototype advanced power conversion circuitry and control systems.
- Lead PCB layout design processes, ensuring compliance with high-voltage safety and EMI standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger mechanical assemblies.
- Perform root-cause analysis on electrical failures and implement iterative design improvements.
- Oversee rigorous testing and validation protocols for power electronic prototypes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight on complex project lifecycles.
- Document technical specifications, test results, and compliance documentation for regulatory review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power systems design or industrial electrical engineering.
- Proven expertise in Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar PCB design software.
- Deep understanding of electrical safety standards (UL, IEC, IEEE) and power electronics topography.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and automated test equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and collaborate in agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical curiosity and attention to detail.
