Responsibilities
- Design and simulate complex electrical power systems using industry-standard modeling software.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure projects from concept to final commissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy sources into existing grid architectures.
- Conduct detailed performance analysis and troubleshooting of high-voltage equipment and power electronics.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and compliance reports in accordance with NEC and IEEE standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Participate in vendor technical evaluations and quality assurance audits for critical components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in power systems design or industrial electrical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, or similar power system simulation tools.
- Deep understanding of electrical code compliance, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
