Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and circuit validation for IoT-enabled grid infrastructure
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design excellence
- Develop firmware interfaces for real-time power monitoring systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer requirements into engineering specs
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation for critical deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years experience in power electronics or grid-scale systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and AutoCAD Electrical
- Certification in IEEE 1547 or similar grid standards
- Experience with Altium Designer and signal integrity analysis
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technical projects
- Strong analytical skills with FMEA and root cause analysis expertise
- Knowledge of UL 1741 and NEC Article 705 requirements
