Responsibilities
- Lead the full-lifecycle design and development of high-efficiency power electronics and complex control circuits.
- Execute advanced circuit simulations using SPICE, MATLAB, and Altium to ensure maximum system reliability and performance.
- Direct high-speed digital and high-power analog PCB layout strategies for mission-critical applications.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to ensure seamless system integration and thermal management.
- Oversee rigorous electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety compliance testing (UL/CE/IEC).
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff and lead design review sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in power electronics or hardware hardware architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent high-end ECAD suites.
- Hands-on experience with wide-bandgap semiconductor technologies including GaN and SiC.
- Proven track-record of taking complex hardware products from prototype to mass production.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
