Responsibilities

  • Direct the end-to-end prototyping process, from initial schematic capture to mass production handoff.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive EMI/EMC mitigation strategies to achieve global regulatory compliance (FCC, CE, UL).
  • Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system-level integration and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics or Analog Design.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in hardware development for industrial or consumer electronics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro for complex PCB layouts.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing high-volume hardware products to market.
  • Deep understanding of switching power supply topologies (Buck, Boost, LLC, Flyback) and magnetic design.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and design for manufacturability (DFM).
