Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical power distribution systems.
- Perform advanced circuit analysis and simulations using LTspice or PSpice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics into prototype hardware.
- Oversee rigorous product testing, verification, and validation (V&V) protocols.
- Develop technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs for manufacturing handover.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Stay abreast of industry standards and emerging trends in renewable energy integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in power systems or control electronics.
- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Strong understanding of NEC, IEEE, and UL compliance standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in embedded systems and control loop theory.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system-level electrical failures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
