Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of complex analog and digital circuits for next-generation products.
- Architect high-speed PCB layouts, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
- Conduct detailed simulations (SPICE, HFSS, etc.) and perform rigorous testing of prototypes to meet stringent performance specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and firmware teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and evaluate new components, technologies, and methodologies to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Generate comprehensive design documentation, test plans, and manufacturing specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in electrical hardware design and development, preferably in a high-tech industry.
- Expertise in Altium Designer or similar CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Proven track record in analog and digital circuit design, including microcontrollers, FPGAs, power management, and sensor interfaces.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC principles.
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or ANSYS.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.) for debugging and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
