Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and validation of complex analog and digital circuits for next-generation products.
  • Architect high-speed PCB layouts, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Conduct detailed simulations (SPICE, HFSS, etc.) and perform rigorous testing of prototypes to meet stringent performance specifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and firmware teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Identify and evaluate new components, technologies, and methodologies to enhance product performance and reliability.
  • Generate comprehensive design documentation, test plans, and manufacturing specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in electrical hardware design and development, preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • Expertise in Altium Designer or similar CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Proven track record in analog and digital circuit design, including microcontrollers, FPGAs, power management, and sensor interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC principles.
