Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex electrical distribution systems for large-scale industrial projects.
- Develop and implement advanced control logic for PLC-based systems.
- Lead technical reviews and ensure all designs comply with NEC and IEEE standards.
- Perform comprehensive power systems analysis, including load flow, short-circuit, and arc-flash studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components into cohesive systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Manage project lifecycles from concept through commissioning and post-launch optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design and systems engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, and SKM Power Tools.
- Deep understanding of low and medium voltage power distribution systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
