Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced power distribution and control systems.
- Conduct comprehensive load flow analysis, short circuit, and coordination studies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into complex hardware assemblies.
- Perform rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes to ensure performance compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in PCB design and circuit schematic capture.
- Ensure all designs meet stringent regulatory and safety standards (UL, IEC, NEC).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and thermal performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in power electronics or circuit design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Cadence Virtuoso.
- Deep understanding of power management ICs, converters, and analog circuit design.
- Strong grasp of high-voltage safety standards and global industry regulations.
- Experience with simulation software like MATLAB, Simulink, or PSpice.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects from conceptualization to deployment.
