Responsibilities
- Architect and document complex electrical systems and power distribution networks.
- Perform high-fidelity simulations using SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or Altium Designer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded controls with power hardware.
- Oversee prototype testing, verification, and regulatory compliance (UL/CE/IEC).
- Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Develop innovative strategies to improve thermal management and energy efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors and manufacturing partners to ensure quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
- 5+ years of experience in power systems, industrial controls, or hardware design.
- Expertise in PCB design, schematic capture, and layout for high-density circuits.
- Proven experience with circuit simulation and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing.
- Strong working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical project documentation.
- Proficiency in firmware/software integration for hardware-in-the-loop testing.
