Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical power systems, including medium and low voltage distribution.
- Develop detailed schematic designs, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for sustainable energy integration.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with mechanical and software teams to ensure system-wide optimization.
- Perform site inspections and provide technical oversight during project commissioning phases.
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC, IEEE, and local safety standards across all design phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in industrial power systems or grid infrastructure.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or SKM PowerTools.
- Demonstrated expertise in PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation protocols.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
