Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical circuits and power distribution systems.
- Lead technical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct detailed analysis and modeling of electrical systems to optimize performance and safety.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes (NEC, IEEE).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the design and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and project management) to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in electrical power systems or embedded electronics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, or PSpice.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
