Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust electrical control systems for industrial hardware.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptual circuit design to field deployment.
- Perform rigorous simulation, testing, and validation of high-voltage components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT sensors into existing architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Ensure all designs comply with NEC, IEEE, and UL international regulatory standards.
- Optimize energy consumption across all electrical modules to meet sustainability targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power systems or electrical hardware design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar CAD software.
- Deep understanding of PLC programming, VFDs, and motor control systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical failures in a manufacturing environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on collaborative design reviews.
