In this role, you will be the technical lead on mission-critical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated hardware solutions that power the next generation of industrial technology.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical control systems for industrial automation.
- Lead technical reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Perform comprehensive power system modeling and load flow analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure component compliance and quality standards.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, schematics, and system integration guides.
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide engineering solutions to optimize uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and firmware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in electrical design and systems engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer, or similar CAD software.
- Deep understanding of NEC, IEEE, and IEC industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex hardware challenges.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred.
