Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the installation of complex electrical distribution systems.
- Develop detailed schematics and control logic for automated industrial hardware.
- Perform comprehensive power system analysis, including short-circuit, arc flash, and load flow studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy storage systems.
- Manage project lifecycles from concept through commissioning and optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC, IEEE, and OSHA safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power systems design or industrial automation.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, or similar electrical design/simulation software.
- Deep understanding of PLC programming, VFDs, and SCADA systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical project management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements and business objectives.
