Responsibilities
- Design and document comprehensive electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, and lighting.
- Conduct advanced technical analysis and simulations for power system stability and capacity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and testing of complex electrical hardware.
- Manage project lifecycles from concept through deployment, ensuring adherence to NEC and IEEE standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical design reviews to maintain project quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks in hardware development.
- Oversee contractor execution and field inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints and safety codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
- 5+ years of experience in power systems, industrial controls, or renewable energy infrastructure.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software like ETAP, SKM PowerTools, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Deep understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and relevant IEEE standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
