The Role: You will take the lead in designing complex power systems, conducting high-level simulations, and overseeing the transition from concept to product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are robust, efficient, and compliant with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of high-voltage power distribution systems and renewable energy integration.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, load flow studies, and short-circuit analysis using industry-standard software.
- Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to IEEE, NEC, and IEC safety and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in power systems, power electronics, or electrical design.
- Expert proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, or ETAP.
- Strong working knowledge of circuit theory, power electronics, and control systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies and design verification processes.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a strong plus.
