Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-voltage power systems and embedded electronics.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, PCB layout design, and simulation using industry-standard tools.
- Ensure all designs meet stringent safety, regulatory, and quality standards (UL, IEC, FCC).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers and software developers.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware issues during prototyping and testing phases.
- Document all designs, schematics, and test reports in compliance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics and circuit design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or Eagle.
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and sensor interfacing.
- Experience with renewable energy systems (Solar, Wind) or battery management systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with EMC testing requirements and regulatory compliance.
