Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems, including high-voltage power distribution and renewable energy integration.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, IEC, NEC).
- Lead cross-functional teams in the R&D phase, from concept to mass production.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis using PSpice and MATLAB to optimize system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in circuit design and safety protocols.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in power systems engineering or circuit design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer, or OrCAD.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
