Responsibilities
- Design and document comprehensive electrical systems, including power distribution and control circuits.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for new energy integration projects.
- Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and local safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex design constraints during the prototyping phase.
- Perform system modeling and load flow analysis using industry-standard software like ETAP or SKM.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in electrical design.
- Oversee the procurement and testing of electrical components to ensure quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power systems engineering or industrial automation.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- Deep understanding of high-voltage systems, transformers, and switchgear configuration.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage project timelines effectively.
