Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-voltage power systems and circuit components.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of major engineering projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, including IEEE and NFPA.
- Conduct detailed simulations and analyses to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and design reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Master’s degree (MSEE) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical power systems design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong understanding of power electronics, signal integrity, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
