Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical power systems and distribution networks.
- Perform detailed circuit simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g., PSpice, MATLAB).
- Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with IEEE and NEC safety standards.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams for seamless system integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for system failures and implement robust design improvements.
- Oversee hardware prototyping and transition designs from concept to full-scale production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power systems or hardware engineering.
- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power conversion, transformers, and switchgear.
- Experience with high-voltage testing protocols and safety instrumentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
