Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical schematics and circuit layouts using industry-standard CAD tools.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept through to mass production validation.
- Conduct thorough electrical testing, fault analysis, and reliability assessments on prototypes.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, national, and international safety and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the product development team.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including datasheets and test reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical system design, preferably in power or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation software (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle).
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity (SI) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
