Responsibilities
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of high-voltage power supply systems and circuit architectures.
- Simulation & Analysis: Utilize tools like PSpice and MATLAB to simulate and optimize circuit performance.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards (IEEE, UL).
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, schematics, and manufacturing drawings.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power systems or embedded systems design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PSpice, Altium Designer, or similar PCB design software.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit theory, signal integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
- Standards: Familiarity with FCC, CE, and other regulatory compliance standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
