Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, high-rise developments, and coastal protection systems
- Perform structural analysis using ETABS and Revit while ensuring compliance with BC Singapore and MOM regulations
- Manage cross-functional teams of architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments for challenging soil conditions
- Develop sustainable drainage systems and flood mitigation strategies
- Prepare tender documents and oversee contract administration
- Maintain project budgets within ±5% variance using Primavera P6
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. Singapore certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Singaporean building codes (BCA) and land transport authority standards
- Proficiency in BIM modeling and structural analysis software
- Strong project management credentials with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with deep excavation and temporary works design
- Proven track record in leading teams of 15+ professionals
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles
