Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate complex electrical circuits and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software systems
- Perform power analysis, signal integrity testing, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance
- Lead prototyping efforts and oversee product validation through rigorous testing procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for product enhancement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in high-speed digital and analog circuit design
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence Allegro) and SPICE simulation
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, embedded systems, and wireless communication protocols
- Experience with ISO 13485/62304 medical device development standards highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through production validation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
