Responsibilities
- Design and simulate complex electrical power distribution systems and control circuits.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hardware components to ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics into large-scale battery storage units.
- Perform thermal analysis and PCB layout optimization for high-density power modules.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical hardware failures during the prototyping and production cycles.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, schematics, and test reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in power systems engineering or industrial electronics.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Deep understanding of high-voltage circuit design and power converter topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC).
- Strong knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity principles.
- Experience with simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink or PSpice.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
