Responsibilities
- Design and simulate complex electrical power systems using industry-standard software (ETAP, SKM).
- Lead cross-functional technical teams in the development of PCB layouts and power distribution units.
- Conduct comprehensive root-cause analysis on system failures and implement long-term corrective solutions.
- Oversee rigorous hardware testing, validation, and compliance with NEC and IEEE standards.
- Develop technical documentation, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for production readiness.
- Collaborate with firmware engineers to integrate control logic into power electronics architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in power systems or electrical hardware design.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of circuit analysis, power electronics, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot high-voltage systems and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
