Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual and detailed design of complex electrical power distribution systems for industrial applications.
- Perform advanced load flow, short-circuit, and arc-flash analysis using ETAP or SKM software.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initial feasibility studies through to final commissioning and site validation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to uphold the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
- Oversee procurement of electrical equipment, ensuring vendor compliance with project specifications and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design and power engineering.
- Expert proficiency in NEC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.
- Advanced modeling and simulation experience using software such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or PSCAD.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and technical team leadership.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
