The Role:

Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate high-voltage power distribution systems.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to mass production.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance on electrical components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with IEEE and NEC standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in power systems design and analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Altium Designer).
- Strong understanding of circuit analysis, power electronics, and control systems.
- PE License is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
