Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems and control logic.
- Conduct complex circuit analysis and simulation using industry-standard tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSpice).
- Lead the testing and validation process for electrical prototypes to ensure compliance with safety standards (UL, IEEE).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field (M.S. preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power systems engineering or circuit design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer, or Eagle.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and safety regulations.
- Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
