Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of complex electrical power distribution systems.
- Perform comprehensive load flow analysis, short-circuit studies, and arc flash assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy storage solutions.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with NEC, IEEE, and local safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical oversight on critical project deliverables.
- Oversee electrical equipment procurement and liaise with vendors for high-spec components.
- Optimize system efficiency through innovative circuit design and modern automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in power systems engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in ETAP, SKM, or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure project lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
