Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex electrical distribution systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Perform advanced load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies using ETAP or SKM.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects meet strict regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and conduct rigorous technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, technical specifications, and budgetary requirements.
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide engineering solutions to complex site-specific electrical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical power systems design.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and power analysis software (ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower).
- Deep knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
