Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical schematics and PCBs for high-power applications.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and supply chain teams.
- Conduct detailed circuit simulations, timing analysis, and thermal stress testing.
- Oversee prototype bring-up, debugging, and iterative performance optimization.
- Ensure designs meet UL, CE, and FCC regulatory compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote internal best practices for circuit design.
- Manage technical documentation, BOMs, and manufacturing hand-off packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics or hardware design.
- Expertise in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro for PCB layout.
- Proficiency in simulation tools like LTspice, PSpice, or MATLAB.
- Deep understanding of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques and signal integrity.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot high-density mixed-signal boards.
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
